It has been annoucned that Ryanair will be opening their 50th base, on our island, in April 2012.
The move is set to bring in $140 million in investment to the airport, sustain over 600 jobs and initially deliver 600,000 travellers to the island per year.
According to the budget airline’s website
Ryanair’s Paphos routes will begin when the base opens in April 2012 and will be available for booking on www.ryanair.com tomorrow (11th January 2012).
From April, passengers will be able to buy cheap tickets to and from the following cities:
- Chania
- Oslo
- Frankfurt Hahn
- Patras
- Kaunas
- Pisa
- Krakow
- Rome
- London
- Stockholm
- Memmingen
- Thessaloniki
- Milan
- Treviso
