This is What I Know About Humans- by Lulu the Dog (Limassol)

This is What I Know About Humans- by Lulu the Dog (IN ENGLISH)
Theatro Transcendental premieres its new production, at the Mind, Body and Spirit exhibition in Limassol! (entrance Free)

The production analyses the merits and flaws of human nature, through the eyes of mans best friend. Lulu is a dog whose human has left her alone for a few days, and she fills her hours by investigating humans, through scraps of newspapers and notes that she finds.

As we enter Lulus world, we see ourselves through her eyes, the eyes of a creature who sees humans as we might see divinities, who lives in awe of our species, wanting nothing more in the world than the company and love of her own perfect human. But what aspects of our humanity are Lulus innocent eyes blind to?

The production is directed by Eleni Cosma and written by Korina Kontaxaki, who also performs the role of Lulu. Professional Animal Behaviourist and physiotherapist, Stephanie Karageorgis, was consulted in the writing of the play, in order to keep the scientific side of the script as accurate as possible (being a play however, some rules had to be bent!). The production features original music composed by Angeliki Kouali.

Free entrance, with a voluntary donation requested at the end, to support the company’s second trip to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
