8th Salondinner SALONDINNER Cyprus: Pour Le Plaisir
Dear Business Partners, Acquaintance and Friends,
I am pleased to invite you to the 8th SALONDINNER in Cyprus on the 12th of November 2011.
This is a very special night, because we will have a French Mediterranean night inspired by Alain Ducasse, He is up today the only person who has been regocginzed by Michelin with three stars for three restaurants at the same time. I assumed – with the help of very nice Canadian friend – that “Pour Le Plaisir” like the song from Herbert Leonard is the right title for the evening.
This is for me a new milestone in cooking and I will need all my skills.

Young calamary from the Mediterranean sea with tomato, Basil an Nice-IOlves
Medaillon from loup de mer (sea bass) with pepper, truffle jus and a Gratin from potatos and boletus / cèpe
figs with goat cheese and honey
The Salondinner will take place at a different place this time and will be announced to the guestlist. We open the evening with an aperitif around 7pm followed by a four-course menu.
The sharing of costs amounts to 60€ per person.
