Heritage Private School (Limassol)

Students: 800 between ages of 2 ½ 0to 18+.

Qualifications Offered: The School follows  the English National Curriculum. Cambridge Check-point tests (Year 9), IGCSEs (Year 11), AS/A Levels (Years 12 & 13)

Examination centre for Cambridge and Edexcel. Heritage Private School is also an International Fellowship centre for CIE (Cambridge International Examinations) which is a prestigious honour by Cambridge. The School is one of only two schools in Cyprus to have been awarded the ISA – International School Award. Emphasis is not only given to academic achievement, but also to extra curricular activities such as: Projects under the European umbrella, Socrates and Leonardo da Vinci, Duke of Edinburgh Award, Drama, Music and Sports

Academic achievements include the attainment of top marks in Cyprus but also internationally for both Cambridge and Edexcel examinations. With recent examples including Top in Cyprus in any 2 A Levels, Top in Cyprus at A Level Business Studies (CIE) and Top in Cyprus in IGCSE Drama (Edexcel).

Most, if not all, graduates join Universities predominately in Britain or North America but also other countries.

The School is proud of its purpose built buildings featuring playgrounds and sports facilities on the outskirts of Limassol. Four minutes north from the Polemidia roundabout, towards Troodos. Facilities include: science and computer labs, drama studios, amphitheatre, music rooms (including practice rooms), cafeteria, art studio, etc.

The Heritage sporting facilities include: sports building, two tennis courts, two five-a-side astro-turf courts, as well as a full sized football pitch and courts for basketball, netball and volley ball.

Although the Heritage Private School follows the English Curriculum, there is emphasis on European and International aspects and multi-culturalism The School offers lessons in Greek, French and Russian

The Heritage Institute

The Institute offers afternoon lessons to students between the ages of 6 to Adult

Courses covered are: IGCSEs, English, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Computing, Mathematics, Music,

Extra-curricular sports, cultural & creative activities, courses for Professional Education and Training, other Adult Education courses.
