We are proud to announce this year’s DNA West Side Challenge.
The event will take place between the 2nd and 7th of September, and it will include regional and national competitions involving Paintball, Skateboarding, Roller Blades, BMX, Tech Decks, MC / Hip Hop Battles, Video Games, Remote Controlled Nitro Cars Race, Break Dance and many more.
The objective of this event is to promote the urban activities scene in Pafos, and allow both participants and spectators to enjoy themselves while raising the level of acceptance.
The events will start on the 2nd of September and they will climax with finals on the 6th and 7th.
DNA (Dimiourgoi Neas Antilipsis) will perform live greek/cyprus hiphop on Sunday 7/September/2008, around 13:00, be there!

Anorthosis Famagusta have become the first Cypriot team to qualify for the group stages of the Champions League! This after a hard fought qualification round against Olympiakos of Greece, which the Cypriot team won 3-1 on aggregate, they are now on course to play against 3 of the biggest teams in Europe.
The team originally from Famagusta, in the occupied zone of the island, more than matched the threat of the Greek side and even created a few of their own chances which would have put the game out of Olympiakos’ reach. However the Greeks fought back hard in the second half and were rewarded with an early goal from Belluci. However thanks to the heroics of the Anorthosis goalkeeper, Arian Beqaj, Olympiakos were denied any further goals.
