Sniper’s second mixtape will be made available on May 14th (SNiPER’S B-DAY) for free download and streaming to all www.snipermusic.com subscribers, it will be given exclusive to some sites and magazines in certain territories and some limited edition cd’s will be handed out at Sniper’s shows.
It has been confirmed that on April 30th, Sniper will kick-off a Mixtape tour throughout Europe to perform and promote his new mixtape and his debut album that will follow later on in the year. The first stop will be nowhere else but his home country Cyprus, with a nationwide 3-stage tour presented by the Napa Cartel, starting with a big opening party at Club Basement in Limassol on April 30th, the main event at Club Bling in Nicosia on May 1st, and a smashing after-party at Sniper’s legendary Black N’ White Club in Ayia Napa on May 2nd, where you can meet and greet Sniper and all the people involved in the whole Cyprus tour. This will be Sniper’s first appearance in Cyprus since going no.1 on the UK H.M.V Download Charts in 2007 with the smash street single “Around the World”. After Cyprus, Sniper will continue his European tour which includes exclusive shows in the United Kingdom, Holland, Germany, Russia, Malta, the Greek Islands and more.
Some of the artists that have been called upon to support Sniper on the Cyprus Mixtape tour include, The Napa Cartel’s; DJ Razor, DJ Blend, DJ Masterace, MC Mass, and DJ Ritz, Drew Astro and DJ M.G. The local rappers Wu Mastermind, Mario Mental and Lyrical Eye referred to by Sniper as the “CYG’S” and many more…
Each show will be unique in its own way, with many giveaways and surprises. This is a onetime tour not to be missed, if you love Hip Hop, R&B, and urban sounds, be there.
The mixtape features original music featuring various producers and artists including Sniper’s 2007 partner in crime Memphis Bleek, Freeway, Akon, Nyce, Curtis Young (Dr.Dre’s son), Merzerio and Dj Green Lantern who hosts the tape once again.
The new mixtape shows various angles of Sniper’s talent both as a performer and a producer, there is a little bit of everything, tracks for the radio, tracks for the streets, and tracks for the ladies, and this is just a taste of what’s to come later on in 2009.
