Every year, tortoises return to our sandy beaches to bury their eggs, beaches like Laras Beach in Akamas. However, due to the vast amounts of rubbish lying around, the tortoises are forced to abandon their egg burying and even endanger themselves in this attempt.
The Cyprus Green Party invites you to join them in doing your part to save the marine life of the island!
