The Handmade Market – Larnaca
The Handmade Market was started due to the shortage of venues in Larnaca, for individuals who do not have a regular location to showcase their arts & crafts. Our Artisan market gives people the opportunity to buy quality, arts & crafts products, created by local and international designer/makers. The Handmade Market specialise in bringing together unique as well as boutique, independent businesses in a friendly roof covered well lit central location close to the famous Finikoues beach front and the Zenon and Ermou shopping streets, with municipal parking closely available.
Most of our traders hand make their products, so at each of our markets we have a selection of unique products on sale, not found on the high street and reasonably priced. Most of these independent traders will take individual order’s for their work. We are also inclusive in our Artisan market to those who trade in unique ethically produced goods, food and drink. At our community market we aim to be inclusive to all local associations, charities, schools, as well as local traders, to bring the community together at a market run for them. All our traders work together as a whole, helping each other to grow, individually and as a market. The ethos is of a cooperative, to succeed as a market means all the traders succeed with their business. This means that we have made great friendships and have a lot of fun at all our markets. Which in turn means that all our visitors get a warm welcome and we appreciate it when they stop to chat to us too!
The market would not be possible without our wonderful traders who trade each month in their own products, crafts or artwork and the visitors on the day.
