It's interesting how so many people are still afraid to give sushi a try- it can be so delightfully delicious. But people always think of it as raw fish, when in fact the word refers to the vinegared rice, which can be topped with raw or cooked ingredients, such as fish and seafood, vegetables or even cooked egg and is sometimes wrapped in seaweed.
