It is a great honour for Cyprus to be hosting for a second time the extravagant event EuroCup All Star Day 2006 on 14th March, at the Spyros Kyprianou Arena in Limassol. This is an event celebrating basketball with the signature of FIBA Europe (Federation of International Basketball Association). It s the only international event of its kind and probably one of the biggest basketball events in the world.
FIBA Europe has assigned EKA-AEL to organize this event in Cyprus. During this event the best twelve European basketball players compete with the best twelve non European basketball players in the game Europe Vs Rest of the World . All selected players have been voted by the public through FIBA s official website and will soon be officially announced.
This is a two-day celebration event: March 13th includes a number of very interesting and prestigious sports seminars and the organization of unique sports training clinics such as Coaching and Referees Clinics.
